Carly will review your detailed intake paperwork, conduct a consultation, provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and the first acupuncture treatments. She will discuss if Chinese herbs are recommended for you at the initial stage or later in your fertility journey.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a safe cosmetic acupuncture treatment that utilizes acupuncture needles to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, increase collagen and cell turnover, and minimize the size of pores. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture results take time to achieve and clients generally start to see results within 8-10 treatments. Some clients use this as an alternative to Botox, although it can be used if you have had Botox previously.
Gua sha facial
$50 | 30 minutes
A relaxing treatment with a rose quartz gua sha stone that will be used for a facial massage. Gua Sha facials can help release facial tension such as TMJ pain and headaches, while smoothing fine lines and providing a lifting effect to the skin.
Gua sha body
$50 | 30 minutes
This is a session for body only Gua Sha. Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that uses a tool on the skin to release tension and pain, move stagnation, improve mobility, and can treat respiratory illnesses and speed up recovery time. It is a common response to experience temporary skin discoloration after a session, in which the skin becomes pink or red and capillaries break. This is temporary and the skin returns to normal in about 1 week.
Ear seeds
$80 | 30 minutes
Ear seeds are a form of treatment that are needle-less and utilize a bandage with a seed attached to provide acupressure to points on the ear. This can be an effective treatment for many health conditions and can be worn for up to 4 days.
Cupping
$50 | 30 minutes
Cupping is a useful therapy for pain, restricted range of motion, tension, and respiratory illnesses. Many athletes benefit from cupping because it helps with recovery from intense workouts. Please note cupping can cause temporary skin discoloration ranging from pink, red, and purple. This temporary skin change may last up to 1 week.
